• Change of mind

• Inability to find a suitable match

• Inactivity by the user

• Early termination of membership

2. Service Assurance

We ensure that all paid features are delivered as promised during the active subscription period. However, we do not guarantee successful matches, responses, or marriage outcomes.

3. Auto-Renewal & Cancellations

• If your membership includes auto-renewal, you may cancel it at any time from your account settings.

• Cancelling auto-renewal does not result in a refund for the current subscription period.

4. Technical Issues

If you face a technical problem or error with payment processing or account access, please contact us at support@divyashaadi.com within 48 hours. Our team will investigate and respond appropriately. Refunds for technical errors, if any, will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

5. Disputes and Contact

For any refund-related concerns, please contact us with full transaction details. We aim to respond within 3–5 business days.
